Marketing Guidance Page
Welcome to our Marketing Guidance Page!
Below you will find information on approved ways to market in a highly regulated industry.
Marketing is considered “steering” a client to a set of insurance plans for Medicare Advantage (MAPD HMO/PPO) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) type of plans.
Often we find agents aren’t clear what they CAN do versus what they CAN’T do.
This page is designed to share great Generic and Approved pieces and to give you a little guidance on ways you can increase your exposure in a compliant fashion.
PBS Benefit is committed to compliance, and we are available to review any of your generic marketing material to make sure it “meets the muster” of the CMS regulations.
